Nobody knows it all and we're all here to learn. But sir, I thought after attaining your doctorate degree you have to write a textbook in your academic field of study before you can be considered for a PhD title

Nope.

BSc is called First Degree
MSc is called Second Degree
PhD is called Doctorate Degree

So PhD and Doctorate degree are basically the same. They are synonyms.

What are your life ambitions...

That will play a role in going for which..


If you desire to be a consultant in your desired ambition .. with experience and having an M.Sc. then a doctorate degree (Ph.D) gives you an higher edge

But if you wanna just major in management and not bother with studying in schools but doing more of certifications in your desired ambition then I suggest you do MBA and then enroll in certifications

Visit the University of your choice..

Go to their Postgraduate School and make your enquiries there

For global best practice. Yes, you can pursue Phd after doing an MBA. For more clarity, to be accepted into a PhD program, you must have a master’s degree. It does not have to be a Master of Business Administration, but it does need to be a master’s of some form. Depending on your area of specialization.
