I brought this here because I believe I will get the right advise from health practitioners and probably From those who have experienced same thing I'm currently going through right now.

I started masturbating in 2016 till I stopped just few months back, because I was an introvert and this very shy type of guy. I was a chronic masturbator (imagine masturbating for 7 years). I was so addicted to porn that sometimes I masturbate 3 times daily. It got to a point I wasn't having any interest in a lady or to even have sex but just totally engrossed in watching porn or visualising porn scenes and then masturbate.

But I'm now suffering from the consequences of my bad addiction. Along the line I started noticing pains around my manhood especially my cap. Then I made up my to stop it and had a girlfriend. But then the worst happened. I can't keep an erection during sex. Infact I cum within 2 seconds and it takes me within 1 hour to get hard again and if I try going for the second round I cum within 2 seconds. It got so bad that I couldn't go into any relationship because of the shame.

I have spent some money on herbal remedies without significant results.


The herbal medicine I bought just last two weeks which I spent a lot on getting, isn't working as expected yet. I'm 28 and I intend getting married soon. I can't marry with this problem. It's not a nice thing at all.

I did this and still noticed same thing. There was a time I stayed away from any sexual activity for 4 months. Don't you think I should do something else to give it a total cure ?

Maybe you are one of those rare cases of PIED conditions that need a much longer time to reboot.

Some people in this case start noticing improvements after 3 years.
