Giant of Africa

As the giant of Africa which we are, I remain concerned about our fiscal indiscipline as a nation. Imagine the situation in our Education sector where the global average of Secondary School enrollment is above 80%, while in Nigeria it is 28%.

The global Average of Tertiary School enrollment is above 55%, while Nigeria is less than 15%. Yet our budget for the National Assembly Car Parks is N6 billion. The budget for the National Assembly Recreational Facilities is N4 billion.

Approved for the Construction of Hostels in 12 tertiary Institutions is just N1 billion
. It is time for us to stop this financial indiscipline and embrace financial discipline by prioritizing the allocation of resources to the critical areas of human and national development.

The people that Labour party sent to both Senate and HOA, could you people tell us what they have done since elected.

All the issues Peter Obi raised, why can't he passed it to the Labour Senators and HOA to table in the plenary for discussion

The brewery built in Anambra State hasn't yielded fruitful results yet, and there is no school building at all. If this is not reckless spending, tell me what it is. It's like the kettle calling the pot black. He keeps changing his character like a chameleon, fooling some gullible people like him. Obi Peter's antecedents are worse than the Abacha government.

When a man like Obi keeps talking about education, they think he doesn't know what he saying.

I am a product of education and it is through education I became what I am today. In fact,it will be hard for some of u to understand this man called Obi.

His legacy on education speaks louder than any and that aside, his legacy on investment is incomparable and I applaud him for that.

We can keep mocking him, make jest of him but this man is statistically right in all in aspect of his analysis.

How can u budget 1billion for 12 schools while car park for assembly members takes 4billion.

This is why we should evaluate the head of anyone who supports APC,they usually lack common sense.

Hypocrites like Peter Obi shouldn't be shooking mouth about governance as he couldn't proved it when he was Anambra state governor.

How many students dropped out during Peter Obi's tenure after he increased the state tuition fee by 80%?

Is this the quality of response that you can come up with in defense of the alleged fiscal Indiscipline? APC really makes the worst recruitments both for online and offline engagements.

Again, Peter Obi shows his inability to lead Nigeria due to his desperation, which blinds him to facts that a secondary school government student ought to know.

President Tinubu has absolutely no control over the National Assembly. The National Assembly is a separate, equal, and financially independent arm of government.

If Peter Obi has issues with their spending, he should criticise the National Assembly directly, rather than deceive his supporters by giving them the impression that President Tinubu is in charge of the National Assembly's spending.

Nigeria has Three Arms of Government: The Executive, the Legislature and the Judiciary. No arm can control the spending of the other arms. If Obi does not know this, he may want to re-enrol in secondary school. Even that may be difficult for him, seeing as he did not build a single school in Anambra during his eight-year tenure.

During the period doctors went on strike in the state for 13 months, he was busy buying cars for politicians too to curry their favour.
If hypocrisy was a person, it will be Peter Obi.

But 10yrs since he left office, events show that Peter Obi was right and the workers were wrong.

Today, Anambra has the best health & education systems in Nigeria.
