Chief Lexus, @semmyk and @MichaelUde, Thank you all.

They did not respond to my email for over 72hours. I just did as advised by sending them an email stating that I have sought legal advice awaiting UKVIs response. Omo, in less than 30 mins, I got a response that they will be waiving the clawback and have my money sent to me. Lol

Thanks once again.

Hello house, please I need help! I just had a baby boy in Glasgow Scotland and I want him circumcised however all the Jewish synagogues I called say there's no one who can do it in Glasgow unless I

Another issue I have is that I legally adopted my orphaned 16 year old cousin and applied for a dependent visa alongside myself and my husband (Student visa) and her application was rejected, they wrote an epistle on how UK doesn't recognise adoptions in Nigeria and that if she had been adopted before 2014 it would have been accepted. We had to leave her back home much to everyone's dismay cos we took her in 2017 after my dad died and my mum took ill. She was living with them. She thinks we've abandoned her back home cos right now we don't even know what course of action to take.

We were told school is an option but that will cost more money, please can the experts and anyone who has an idea on this advise on what we should do? She turns 17 by March. Wrote her GCE last year, we registered her for IT classes cos she wants to be a software engineer and she's really good with Java script,Css and the likes. Please help!!!

Please house help with this!!! Has anyone done this ie adopt a relative and travelled successfully to the UK.

Thinking I can have it shipped over when itโ€™s ready. How can I confirm with BritishAirways if they would allow that? Or is there anyway to check before booking ?

I might be wrong, but I don't think Airlines care. Once you have the flight ticket, Visa and a valid passport, you should be fine.

Guys please. How exactly do these agents have these cos links. To make dem charge these crazy fees to secure job for someone from naija.

How exactly do they go about getting the links?

Do they liase with the employers here in uk
Or do these employers get a cut from what the agents are charging naija people

Or the agents just simply do the hard work of looking for employers in need of staffs oversea willing to sponsor, and they charge naija people for the stress they went through for finding the employer

Guys please I have a relative that wanna come here not sure of the route she should take. She is a Nd holder so coming via school will kind of difficult. What means can guarantee her visa. Just an advise please

I recall sometime ago(i think last year ), someone did sort of review on property developers for new build family homes properties , I think in that barratt and taylor wimpey came at the bottom in terms of quality and low price, I am trying to find out ones on the other side of the spectrum. I wonder if anyone has a general overview of developers, best ones to go for.

She can come via college.
It is a cheaper option.

Persimmon, Redrow, Bellway are some of the largest developers in the UK with reasonably good quality. In terms of build quality I do think it varies on the development and sometimes on the property within the same development itself. For example, a persimmon home in Leeds may be rubbish but another in Colcester of good quality.

The key thing is to make sure you do your background work as much as possible, and once the deal is closed get a professional snagger to identify issues and get them to fix it.

New builds will typically come with a 10 year warranty with the developer directly fixing issues within the first 2 years of your moving in.

There is nothing wrong with his questions. Selling of COS should not be encouraged. How can an agent collect a year worth salary from someone even before the person arrives. The worst thing is that a lot of them come to the UK and there are no readily available jobs for them. Some are waiting for months without income. Imagine how difficult that will be when you have spent a lot to come here.

I'm not on WhatsApp. I'm on Telegram. There was discussion here about credible agents that might be able to ship/freight to the UK. Perhaps, you might wrap a biz around 'em as logistics. you'll still need a base in the YouKay. PS: there're number of 9ja outlets. Nonetheless, there'll always be room. If the Lebanese can enter that space, how much more a 9ja with direct access to farm!
You might also want to explore the agriculture forum on NL. All the best.

Lol I know you are an agent. Which is not a bad thing anyways.
But i am asking because unlike me 2 of my friends are at home, and struggling to make ends meet in nigeria and, i am tired of sending them money for feeding. They also dont have money for school route or agent route and so i'm trying to find employers that can sponsor them. Are u happy now?
