Drink your sniper after listening to the comments of all three representatives of International election observers.
The first one in hunter jacket specifically stated that the election was not legitimately conducted.
The 2nd one, a black African or Asian woman condemned the manner the election was conducted by INEC, and went further to state that what happens in future will determine the course of Africa's largest democracy, (her talk about the future must have been expectations thar the courts nullify the entire election to avert disaster in Nigeria.
The 3rd man in black suit said that the non use of BVAS to transmit vote results directly to INEC's iREV made the election fail short of expectations
