We always hear people say that salary can never make one rich and we all should strive to own our businesses and that's the key to wealth and financial freedom

The oxford dictionary defines being wealthy as having a great deal of money, resources, or assets;

So based on this,

Do you really think any 9-5 job/career path can make one rich?
If yes, what income level should you strive to get to before you can refer to yourself as a rich man/woman...

She's not rich, she's just comfortable. It is when she retires from that job without having a business to fall back on that you'll realise that she was never rich!

When she retired, then? For now she is rich. One thing that you should know about 9-5 job is mindset, planning, budgeting and investing. Those that have issues after retirement fail to have a good mindset to understand that 9-5 is limited, failed to plan, failed to do a good budgets and stick by it, and failed to invest as the financial environment is changing.

Once you have a mindset of "every month money will come.. let me finish this one on enjoyment" then, Doom is heavily awaiting you after retirement.
