Samakus: This is the only way they can legitimise their often stolen content..if you just use a viral /trending video then they will flag you..but commenting on an event or video falls under the "fair use " provisions of copyright laws.. thats why they talk.. i agree it's annoying..others say interesting or funny things 1 Like |
