That tall building there is Grey Stone Tower in VI, Lagos. We did the Mechanical design for that building so I don't doubt what I am saying.

River State is lucky in terms of governors.
From Odili, Amaechi to Woke all of them worked so much to make PH beautiful.

Wike concentrated on flyover Amaechi and Odili built enough roads. So for him to make a difference, he chose to build flyovers.more.

Go and take a look at Dubai and UAE and see what oil money can do, Port Harcourt is still 1billion miles behind including Nigeria as a nation. Don't feel like the government is trying by giving you crumbs like a dog and making you feel like they are doing a lot. We deserve better as a nation and they go do better.

Why are most roads in Nigetia curved and not straight?

Lack of city planning. In my view ... squatters were the original residents ... building houses anywhere they see fit ... and carving out roads to their houses. Local governments came after and so did road infrastructure.... and I can just imagine being at the road planning meeting listening to Oga Infrastructure ....

"We need a major road cutting through this town ... right through the middle ... four lane highway ... it will run infront of government house here .... curve left to pass infront of the Catholic Church of which I'm a member .... and from there it will curve slightly to the right to run between my house and the beautiful brothel hotel my brother just completed .... for this to happen the supermarket will be demolished .... but not the mechanic shop a short distance away ... that belongs to my in- law .... we'll have a flyover so the shop can remain intact ... " ..... does this answer your question?

Use your damn head.

The UAE population is 9 million and their oil and gas reserves plus daily exports are 3 times Nigeria's.

That is equivalent to giving Abuja alone 3 times Nigeria's annual income annually to spend.

What will they not be able to build, including the world's tallest buildings, and all kinds of futuristic structures like they do in Dubai, with their money-miss-road projects?

You are extremely moronic to be comparing the two countries just because they both ''sell oil''.

You went to school yet you reason like a mugu.

With the amount of cash going into that state monthly,I don't see the beauty to match that amount.
There's a different between beauty and develop.
Kigali of Rwanda is a beautiful city with little development.

Ph is known for the rough sides than these beautiful sides. I don't know why.

probably due to bad pr from their state governors and rough or shady activities happening there.

Fake city most community in pH smell like shit and the rivers are full of shit. Many of them shit in public toilet in the the river. You can not ever go close to their river side because it is fill with shit and dirt. The biggest development in pH and rivers state is the flyover, Nothing else.

A city is not a city if it does not have good water drainage system. A city without proper drainage system during raining season everywhere will become dirty and a city without proper wastage system everywhere will be smelling. This is how are lot of cities in Nigeria look like.
