Hello house, please I urgently need your advice regarding my UKVI application. I have paid for IHS and VISA but the application is stuck at “payment pending”. I am unable to proceed. Please note that I have the payment confirmation email and I have been debited.

Dear valued test taker,
We would like to inform you that effective from 01 September 2023, there will be a price increase for IELTS tests offered by the British Council. The new prices will be NGN 107,500 for IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training, NGN 116,000 for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and NGN 104,000 for Life Skills. The new prices are necessary to sustain the high-quality of standards for your testing experience.
Thank you for choosing the British Council.

Dear all, please which one of these IELTS tests will be most appropriate for a PhD admission in UK. The one that can also serve for UKVI

Hello

These interviews differ

It will generally be about your academic progression , your proposed research and how it is novel, contributes to research and what the impact will be

Also discussions around how you will fund your research

Hello House,

Pls I need an advice here.

Going to UK via the HCW visa route.

Sadly, ECCTIS couldn't qualify my BSC (I wasn't issued the e-statement for English proficiency). I attended ESEP University, Benin Rep. I don't have a masters

Pls kindly advice, my job interview is this week.

Is it possible to get a job with a CoS without having any English profiency doc at hand ( I intend to get IELTS instead, but am worried it might take a longer time)

Good evening house. Please I paid for my IHS today with my zenith dollar card. It declined but I was debited. I contacted my bank and they said it was on hold that I should get a declined receipt from the merchant. I forwarded the declined notification but they still did not want to accept it. What can I do please. I don't have another money to pay. Anyone with such experience should please help me

BSc, PGD, MSc were all taught and examined in English but some UK universities too de over do. Though this particular University has not said if I will be needing one (and they are silent on previous degree being taught in English) but I'm just asking in case.

educationally speaking, degrees from Benin Republic are not regarded in most of Europe.
probably for a job, it may but I've not seen that yet.

I’m trying to apply for admission in Swansea University. They requested a reference letter but am confused, should the reference letter be general “to whom it may concern “ or maybe directly only to the school only. I’m also trying to apply to other school and considering I won’t be able to go back and get reference letters every time I wanted it. Will “To who it may concern “ be okay. Those of you that have gotten admission into universities please let me know the one you used?

Please what is the minimum amount of money required for POF to cover flight, accommodation, transportation, feeding, and miscellaneous expenses?

I'll be staying in the UK for just 10 days

Is it advisable to buy a ticket early before visa approval? I’m traveling in April

Hi, please I need advice on next steps. I did my biometrics yesterday and I got a mail today that I need to top up my IHS fee and right after that I got the NSF mail. I've paid the requested difference for the IHS fee... Is there anyother thing I need to do or should I just wait. Thank you

The interview will be centred around your research proposal. It's a mini proposal defence.

Also study the school website and dig up details about the faculty

Don't buy ticket if you've not gotten your visa.

The amount of money in your bank statement depends on a lot of factors ...

Don't make the mistake of submitting a huge bank statement and then no document to substantiate what you do and ties back to Nigeria

Good luck

There's been error in computation of IHS fee by the website lately , if you have paid the adjustment . Don't do anything it will be automatically reconciled

If I may ask ? What particularly interests you about Swansea , you may want to try better options.

Student support is low with Swansea and you should also check their payment policy before going ahead with the submission .

Good luck
