A gallant soldier should first of all know what he or she is fighting for.

No gallant soldier would fight an endless war like the war against Boko Haram which is fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws, the same laws adopted by the political and religious leaders in the 12 far northern Nigeria states since 2001.
Subsequently, the difference between Boko Haram fighters and those who adopted sharia crimimal laws is like the difference between six and half a dozen; that's why the fight against Boko Haram is an endless religious war; it can end only if the sharia states of northern Nigeria are granted an Islamic Republic.
Boko Haram fighters and most of the Muslims in the far north Nigeria states who adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal laws between 1999-2001, are like the Taliban of Afghanistan. The Taliban fought and won for Afghanistan to be governed with Sharia criminal laws. Sharia criminal laws include stoning blasphemous persons to death, stoning women to death for adultery, cutting off the hands of thieves; among other primitive penal systems.
