Otti is only owning those who were employed into the state civil service in a highly questionable manner. Go and verify, he isn't owning legitimate workers and pensioners a dime, they get paid 27th, 28th and latest 29th of every month.

In his magnanimity, he has offered them another chance in the form of a verification to come clear themselves, but instead of presenting themselves to verification, they decided to go online and say all sort of lies to discredit the hardworking Governor of Abia State.

The fraud has been retrenching workers since he assumed office. How does verification take 7months?. But he could budget a billion for food and 2billion to buy 2 SUVs. he knows that with media hype from Obidients, stealing becomes very easy.

-Hospitals- for the Masses - as done by Jakande era.
-Schools- with solid Facilities.
-Technological Facilities For Advancements,
-Agricultural Development - like the Oyo State is presently doing in Livestocks,etc
- Power generation- like Prof Nnaji did in Aba.
