One girlfriend is enough and the best for you until you marry, because having a girlfriend no matter how you brand it, it would be a sweet and sour affair until your wedding day and even when you marry her, the life sentence is still a sweet and sour romance until your last day on this awesome planet called earth.

1 girlfriend = 1 headache = 1 problem.
2 girlfriends = 2 headaches = 2 problems.
3 girlfriends = 3 headaches = 3 problems.

Would you not be better with one headache and one problem than have more?

The funny thing is; even if you decide to ignore girls and women, they will still find their ways into your life.
Sometimes you wonder if they are sent by a conspiracy of the universe.
Girls are always looking for the attention of boys and men 24/7.
Even poverty does not put them off.
That is why you see a rich madam sleeping with the poor gardener in the BQ.

You sit in your office with the door shut and facing your laptop and then a young lady is at the door and you open the door to ask her what she wants.
"Please, do you do photocopy here?"
"No."
"But you have a copier?"
"Yes. For office use only."
"Pleeeeaaassse, can you help me? I need to make some photocopies."
She wants more than photocopies.
She displays the beauty of her sexuality with smiles and dimples.
"Okay."
You oblige.
"What do you do here?"
"We are publishers and producers and owners of an international film festival and into cinemas."
"Woow."
You hurriedly make the copies for her and then you open the door for her to leave.
"I am actually a graduate student at UNILAG."
"Okay."
You recall the last time you were at UNILAG for romance was over 12 years ago.
You are too busy to engage in any familiarity. She sees that you are not smiling and leaves.
Others will come later.
If you don't deal with these temptations, you are going to end up making new "friends".
They will say let us just be friends and you are glad to be one. But they will sooner or later come with their headaches and more temptations and distractions.
"Please, I need your help."
The help she needs has no end.
A girl borrowed a raincoat and never returned it till date.
Another one was an umbrella since last year.
They want to use these things to draw you closer.
Then requests for financial assistance are the most common.
A girl may disappear for two to three years and one day she returns without notice and accuses you of not even caring by asking or looking for her.
For what?
She is only coming to try her luck again.
The fact that you are engaged and about to wed will not even discourage her if she wants to sleep with you, because she wants to use sex to ask you for more help in cash and kind.

It is not easy. But you have to ignore and shut your doors to girls and women you don't need no matter how pretty and sexy they look. Otherwise, you are going to end up with more headaches and more problems.
The headaches of answering many phone calls and text messages from different girlfriends and mistresses and attending to their various needs.
Each one competing for and seeking more attention from you.
Now you see why sticking to one girlfriend and woman is good for you.
