Alexander Efekesah Oghenevinyeze has fraud some innocent students on registering them for WAEC and I learnt he is regular here on Nairaland pls be aware he is a wanted person.

Pls when dealing with anyone called Alex kindly ask for his credential or proof of identity to ascertain his full name.
