Anything wen we dey do suppose deh in moderacy..... We need to look after our health... From time to time... Reduce your alcohol intake... Avoid smoking totally.... Reduce foods rich in fats and eat more of fruits and vegetables.... If your job is not stressful, ensure regular exercises and get plenty sleep when you can...

Always check your blood pressure to ensure all is well...

The power of tongue is strong.

Do you see how they had to remove window and use crane to pull him out of the building? The mother should have gotten ahead of his craving for food and snacks even as little boy he was bigger. He probably didn't run jump and play as much. My kids were so skinny and brown from playing and swimming, I loved it!
