TORRIAN PRESTIGE is a leading general contractor company seeking experienced Project Managers and Scrum Masters to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled professionals who can effectively manage projects and lead our team to success.

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Scrum Masters to oversee and manage projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Jira, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities:

· Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Lead and manage project teams, including setting goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
· Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.
· Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
· Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
· Manage project risks, issues, and conflicts, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
· Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and metrics.
· Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, frameworks, and standards.
· Coach and mentor team members on project management best practices and Agile principles.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in project management and Scrum Master roles.
· Proven track record of successfully managing projects and leading teams.
· Expertise in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
· Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid).
· Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Certifications:

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
· Agile certifications (e.g., CAgileP, PMI-ACP).
