Nigerians never knew how intelligent the retired commissioner of police was until the interview granted to him by Arise TV.
He showed he really merited the good accolades he received in Anambra, he was able to stand by whatever unprofessionally behavior from the duo of Rufai Oseni and Dr Abati in the interview.
