Please kindly list some of Mimiko's achievements and in what context do you mean by humanaly governace? and we also have to first agree on a certain comprehesive yardstick for measuring performance before we then fuse em head to head and then arrive on a conclusion on who actually fared better and deserved to be stoned according to you.

This is not a bad thread or question to ask. However, you need to be fair to these gentlemen and encourage people not to base their opinions and contributions on sentiments.

The way to do this is for you to provide the total revenue that has accrued to Ondo State government under Mimiko together with the state's expenditure profile and population figures. You should also provide similar information for Lagos state under Fashola.

Them comparison are silly. As per resources, Mimiko's state is not experiencing a fraction of what Fashola has to cope with everyday in terms of managing an ever-increasing URBAN population.

That is not to rule out his efforts though. In more specific terms, I think Mimiko stands tall amongst all governors with the tremendous success of his "Abiye" project.

It is painful in this country that every sphere of our society is faulty, even the press and youth which are potent instruments to national building and development are now machines in the hands of our politicians in this country. A society that is materials crazed, no wonder our journalists are lazy, there nothing call investigative journalism, they now rely on government lies to feed same to the gullible masses; the youth on the other hand, are lazy and materials slave that they champion politicians lies, knowingly or unknowingly to their detriment. For those believing or cooking falsehood that mimiko is working in ondo state i challenge you to mention just 3 projects he has started and completed in the last 3 years for debate on this forum. People should not just sit down at the corner of their room and belief every lie told by these ungodly politicians, like those who called themselve yoruba elders who are paid by this same deceiful government to sing his praises in akure last 2 weeks. I think a couple of indices should be applied if we'd like to be objective here.

- Infrastructural development
- Human development (education, health etc.)
- Revenue generation
- Crime reduction
- Transparency of Government
- Potency of future projections (ie. What positive effects the governor's administration would have on the people, even long after he's gone).

Would any forumists be kind enough to debate on the indices I've just listed above? It could make for an educative thread.
