Rmafc To Introduce Tax On Gsm Calls by Sirmikky1(m): 10:49pm On Sep 11, 2012
The Revenue Mobilisation Allocation & Fiscal Commission is set to introduce a system whereby Gsm subscribers would be paying tax on calls made above #100.
That is, as a gsm subcriber, you can only make calls(tax-free) of a hundred naira. Any call(s) made above that would be charged at a certain percentage. The revenue to be generated is to cater for the country's education system..SMH

My take:
*the fuel subsidy removed was earmarked for this same purpose (amongst others), what are all the revenues being generated in the country so far used for?
*I now believe this administration is focused on makin life more difficult for the masses with all these reforms and policies.
*I'm sure very soon, we would be payin taxes on speeches made above 10 sentences in public places...mtcheww
*I reserve the other comments for now....Arrgh! Naija!
