There is no study center on the Island for now. However, you can arrange for private tutorial if you cant make it to the lecture center at Ketu. You can also get study materials on request.

Concerning your form, I will advise you visit the National Secretariat - No 28 ajanaku st. Opebi- Ikeja, to make a complain.
