I got it as a BBM broadcast on friday and applied, I was stunned when I got an invite on Monday for interview today.

I did my interview tóday and it was Ok but all effort to get them to mention the commercial bank was abortive. Anyway, i was told that the next stage will be with the bánk if i am recommended. Keeping my fingers crossed.

@Dr wise and Smithoo, can you please let us know what email you sent your cv's to or if you applied directly on the michael stevens website.
Also from the trend of the interview was it marketing or operations.Thanks

@Adewumi. I have already deleted the broadcast and as you can see interview has been conducted.

@Smithoo. Did you do yor interview between 12-1pm? I suspect you were the guy in blue shirt sitting close to me watching TV at the Reception.

I was asked if there would be a bank I won't be comfortable working with. YES, Access Bank was my response.

@Iya egbin. I was interviewed for a marketing position.

@iya egin. I wouldn't know the role other people were interviewed for. Mine was Marketing.

@Dr Wise,i went all the way to their office today to make enquiries.I will not repay u in ur own coin hence i will give an answer to ur question.They r presently recruiting for Sterling Bank.@Dr Wise,giving out info about genuine job vacancies & how u went about ur own application should not be seen as a big deal.Iwant to be specific here,i asked u the email add u sent ur cv to and u told me u had deleted the message.My bro/sis,no be so o.If u had wanted to assist,it wont cost u anything to retrieve that email address from ur mail box.At least a copy will be in ur sent item.I want to let u know that im not happy with u cos of that ur singular attitude yesterday.To the rest of us on this forum,lets see dis platform as a place to assist ourselves in our own little way(s).Eg if i put up an info here &a person actually lands a job from it.It will be my joy & i believe joy in heaven also, because thru me,food has been put on somebody's table &also smile on his/face.Pls lets desist from hoarding genuine &vital information.Thank u all.I rest my case.

Thanks Adewunmi. I will be the last to hoard information and you can check my previous posts to attest to this. I got the broadcast on my BBM and thereafter deleted it. When you send a mail via BBM , you don't see the sent items using a PC. All the same, am sorry.

Georgee, I sent my cv to them yesterday night. The email I sent it to is: msc.hrc.@gmail.com, and the email they used in replying is: hr@michaelstevens-consulting.com. I suggest you try sending it to both email address again.

Also the lady asked questions like how much do I earn now, and how much do I wish to earn, and that is there any bank I don't wish to work for, and I told her I am not willing to work for a Microfinance bank.
Lastly, she said it is an ongoing recruitment, and that it is either the bank or Michael Steven gets back to us.
I tried asking her for the name of the bank, but she didn't tell me.
@Dr wise, Smitho, and Iya Egin, please share ur experience and what you think is the next stage.

We were virtually asked the same questions. I was equally asked as a marketer, how many times I have met my target. I was also asked which bank I won't be comfortable working for? Access Bank of course, I told them.

I asked if there was going to be an opportunity to be interviewed by the bank in which the unanimously responded 'if you are recommended'.

@Dr Wise, I think they should let us know if we are recommended or not. From my own opinion, the applicants has business with the bank and not them. Anyway let's keep our fingers cross, and continue to pray. It is well.

Were you interviewed for a marketing or Operations position.i saw an online advert for sterling bank posted in september matching this vacancy but the advertised role was for relationship managers.
Am yet to be invited for an interview but hopefully next week.
Any one called up for second level interviews...
