how can u explain this, a lady from cross river state was employed 2003 as a cashier in the account department, shes been working there ever since, shes worked in diferent section in the account department and shes a graduate, 4 years a yoruba girl was employed, she was employed as a casual in the f/b department, after some months she was now giving a contract position dats a contract staff, she ran a per-time programme and then graduated some last year or so, shes worked in the f/b department all through but right now shes been made the cashier manager ahead of all the otherv people who ve been there 5 years b4 she came, plss explain this to me?
