i got a new phone, a NOKIA C3, and was using it in canada. But the phone is locked to a foreign network called CHATR, which means i have to use that particular network, and i have to use it in canada, or any other country that operates CHATR WIRELESS. Now the phone is completely useless in nigeria what do i do? Should i flash the phone? |
