To whom it may concern: How about an icon on our system trays that tell us whenever there is a reply to our posts, new topic, etc etc (you get the picture)? Even if it doesn't result in money, I bet it will result in a better user experience. Right now, I (and perhaps others) am always refreshing my webmail to see if I have any email notifications.
