That you Joyce Ucha Kalu 'F' between 1st April 2006 and 30th December 2007 ,at various area of Ibadan in the Ibadan Magisterial District, without lawful excuse did use the title of a doctor and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 17 (1)(c) of the Medical and Dental Practitioners Act, cap.221 Laws of Federation of Nigeria 1990

That you Joyce Ucha Kalu 'F' between 1st of April 2006 and 30th December, 2007 at No. 18 Ayoadesina close, Old Ife road, Ibadan in the Ibadan Magisterial district, with intent to defraud did forge a certificate of registration as a medical practitioner with heading "Nigeria Medical Council Victoria Island Lagos" and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 467 of the Criminal Code Cap. 38 Vol. 2 Laws of Oyo State of Nigeria 2000

That you Joyce Ucha Kalu 'F' between 1st of April 2006 and 30th December, 2007 at No. 18 Ayoadesina close, Old Ife road, Ibadan in the Ibadan Magisterial district, knowingly and fraudulently utter a forged certificate of registration as a medical practitioner with heading "Nigeria Medical Council Victoria Island Lagos and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 468 of the Criminal Code Cap. 38 Vol. 2 Laws of Oyo State of Nigeria

That you Joyce Ucha Kalu 'F' between 1st of April 2006 and 30th December, 2007 at No. 18 Ayoadesina close, Old Ife road, Ibadan in the Ibadan Magisterial district, with intent to defraud did forge a letter of 'To whom it may concern ' with letter headed paper of University of Benin and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 467of the Criminal Code Cap. 38 Vol. 2 Laws of Oyo State of Nigeria

That is Naija woman for you.Too desperate and bold .Only God knows how many lives must have been lost through the fake Doctor.I pray, one day she would not find her way into the Senate or House of Representative with the forged transcript of academic record from Uniben

(1)Was she a staff of UCH Ibadan b4 her arrest?
(2)Was she operating a clinic at off Old Ife Road Ibadan b4 her arrest?
(3)Which police station investigated her case b4 she was arraigned in court?
(4)What's the name of the Investigating Police Officer?
(5)On what date was she arraigned in court and when is the next date of adjournment?

This is totally not true.. I kindly advice that this should be taken off immediately. I know the person in question and you didnt bother to investigate the matter or follow the case to the end before posting this. Kindly remove it
