That's why I said preferably, I don't know what tankers they use, but I've heard it on few aeronautical resources is that they are a modified C-130 tankers unless if its the newer ones. It's obvious Boeing is gonna win - Boeing to North America and Airbus to Europe.

FL100 to 200 is too low and clearly visible to engage in such mission, besides, traffic pattern will not permit such. IMO, that FL is very low, however, I can research to find out but believe me, it's more than FL 300 and above. The reason why I said it's more than that because after FL 300 and above, almost all commercial flights do not reach that level except long distance or international cruise... The FL is safer for reaction in case of emergencies, and all other things.

The Secret Service by default are the official personnel who are to guard the president, and are the only personnel permitted to carry a weapon around Mr President. Therefore, IMO, it's the secret service, but the military will have operation of supervision of flight and other security other than the president

Before airforce one lands , there is always another jet that does land for the past 2 years. It got a nickname.

Symphony007: The nigerian version of airforce one is called "eagle one" it's a boening jet. It's not really big. It has modest furnishing. Finally, i don't think with all the problems in this country a luxury jumbo jet should be the least of our priyorities.
