The accuracy & consistency of that front page is 100% accurate. I myself have tested and confirmed it.

I have never seen any "worthless" topic on it and I think only one or very few persons is in charge of putting topics on the front page if not, the front page would have been a mess up filled with spam and backyard adverts from different mods Lolz.

I don't think mods has the right to directly place topic on the front page. The owner would never allow that cos the front page is the hidden power behind the website's development!
