Oando that is talking about coming to market to raise capital. There is more to Oando, the stock is full of drama and I trust we are yet to see half of it until around November.

I think once the court case over delist is suspended the price will appreciate tremendously because ordinary if Oando is not talking about delisting and have been on business like their peers Oando price won't be trading at current low price despite making loss .

So much noise on a company that will still deliver 400% this year. All because of the release of an outdated (2022) result. Meanwhile, the company's future trajectories are very bright!

To you it is outdated but to oando,it is latest.
Is outdated result suppose to put a fresh panic in a stock price? Why releasing this bomb now ?

I don’t like this holdco structure. It’s an avenue for corporate governance abuse by bank owners. CBN needs to revisit the policy.

First off, Loco, what crime have we comitted in purchasing Oando? The write-up from premium times felt like you were the one telling the writer how to use the words to convey the message of DOOM!! grin . Are you advising us or you're shouting at us grin

To the matters:
The bomb is to scare minority holders off so they can have less people to pay-off should they eventually de-list. If they are serious, we should have crossed that bridge a long time ago(Why all the psychological warfare?)

3Trillion debt? Is GTB an E&P company? grin Don't they know their place? grin With a growing revenue presently at 1.9T, 3Trillion is small debt and am sure they don't plan paying it in one SWOOP grin

Proposed 1trillion capital raise. Audacious, but let's see if bonds will come-up Q2.

OML 60-63 is a game changer for them!!
Loco allow us oooooooo grin grin

THIS IS NOT AN ADVICE BUT A PERSONAL OPINION ON THE OANDO MATTER.

If the proposed advances from the exiting major shareholders are convertible debts, which often allows creditors to convert debt to equity in case of default, it could give Mr Tinubu and Mr Boyo another option of acquiring Oando fully, both of them being the core shareholders, if the plan to buy other shareholders fails.

Oando will also consider “the issuance of stock instead of cash for payment for services to vendors until profit and healthy cash flows from profitable operations may be achieved,” according to the earnings report.

If you are relying on 2023 report for success story, you will be disappointed.2023 is another bombshell waiting for explosions.

Raising of funds is the only option left now to clean their mess.If this fails, oando will cease to exist.

You have to wait till 2025/26 to see a strong balance sheet that is if you are still a shareholder by then.

Oando price should be more than #50 if they get it right but they don't want you as a shareholder.

Their plan is to delist in NsE and continue with JSE.Do you think they are releasing these outstanding results because of NSE?
Better go to JSE and wait for them.
They can't service this 3T naira debt hoping on distress Nigeria shareholders

So only one production line is working and yet they did not declare loss even when other brewers were declaring massive loss? grin grin grin grin grin Well for now, i don't care about production line. All i am waiting for in ChampBrew is answer to these 2 questions:

1. Are you declaring bonus or not? If YES, how much bonus?
2. For how much did Raysun sell their stake to Enjoycorp?

I know you sabi write English but it won't work on champion. Bonus will not take champion anywhere because they won't be the first to do so.champion is the same hope villa.

Otedola sold forte oil for #65 .how much did they buyout other shareholders
The new buyers only bought NB 86% and never said they are buying the remaining 14%
And akwa ibom state owns the major remaining stake and will not sell it to anyone. Champion is local player. If anyone is interested in breweries he should look at national player.Nobody is offering to buy you out and can even buy you out.I will rather gamble in IB than gamble with local champion that has one production line that hardly meets local demand
And new player coming in has not shown an expertise that is why they want NB to still remain in charge for a yr.They want to learn the job while on the job.For now champion is hope villa like other hope villa...na me talk am.

Nobi wen you do better sales you go declear loss.when you no even meet demand of akwa ibom na him you dey talk say other breweries dey declear loss way sell at national level

Champion is only good below #2.50 to be on the safe side.

I can see you are stressed already but just take it easy.See heat flowing on your face.clean with hanky pls.You will overcome this horrible time oando and sugar has brought to you and other shell holders.

I just want to let you know that any price Raysun sold their 86% will also reflect on the company share price.Just tell them to announce the price let's see if the current price will not catch up with it.Unless they are selling at 2.50 then the share price has to plumet to 2.50.The 14% and small free float is the reason I entered the stock. We will shock you with it and you will remain silent for a while.

Just take it easy. This champion might lead you to a guest mode or change of moniker.

Lwkd.My sugar was never because of marger and onado na bet as I have always said.
Champion is hope villa.I will rather buy IB than Champion. How many state you they see Champion compared to hero.It is easy for IB to touch #10 than Champion to see even #6.
Even if the new owner buy for #10 is not because the stock worth it.Forte oil was bought for #65 and we wr paid less than #20 as shell holders
If we go buy that ,no new investor can buy Sugar and oando less than #100.They hold better prospects than beer in nigeria context

Champion does no worth above #2.50 if hero Company is just above #4
Champion suppose sabi its mate for street If not NB come refine the beer na watin them dey call brukutu for North be Champion .Champion never even start the journey. You don see whr Company way no be brewery Company they take over brewery business.
And for guest mode. Everyone knows is your second name here when you can't take the truth

From first hand information and insider information champion is local and does not worth above #2.50.The only life line that was introduced was by NB.NB is pulling out because of local politics in everything concerning the company...na me talk so.
HOw you go buy company come tell the supposed devil/competitor who wants the company dead to still manage it for you for 365 days...are you drunk ...common sense is no longer common
