D-reloaded:

I personally think only Pale white people should call themselves "fair" It's a term for those who can't tan in the sun.

In re: question, I really don't care, if you're attractive/have nce features, the shade doesnt matter. I also don't understand this talk of "light skinned guys being too proud", I never gotten that vibe from any of them.

AJ, you have a problem with pretty guys? Send them my way tongue

See this babe!

Like you do not have enough problems on Nairaland! cheesy

You want more?  May I remind you that as some rightly pointed out, those "pretty" effeminate creatures spend more time in front of the mirrors and are really full of themselves.  Futhermere, the tend to be in hot demand by men who think they are females.  I hope you can cope? cheesy

Lol forget the fairweather morons of Nairaland jare.

See the thing I like about "pretty boys" is that they dress well. Nothing better than a guy that knows how to dress, as for the ones that stay by the mirror 24/7, those ones are NOT naturally pretty, lmao bloody metrosexuals, they just gass themselves with female products ie FOUNDATION grin

Re: Skin Color Syndrome by Nobody: 4:45pm On Feb 19, 2008
Let's not decieve ourselves. The first thing we notice in a possible partner is their looks so if someone says they don't care about colour or whatever physical feature i find it hard to believe them!

LOL, Ugliness is some of "us" middle name. Even if we see a handsome guy we won't know the difference, So spare me all this useless rant. It takes a Diva to differentiate and I know the difference, Dressing is our enemy. LOL, Cannot even dress a fowl,

Ugly clones, ( Almond don't mind me, am on period) grin
Re: Skin Color Syndrome by londoner: 5:10pm On Feb 19, 2008
lol, almondjoy, I suppose its just your opinion. I hope your sons dont know you see them as sissies though, that could be damaging.

Anyhoo, before people start bargaining to exchange their children, maybe they should speak to people who cant have children, maybe then they'll appreciate what they have.

The world is full of very different characters I guess, I personally would never see skin tone as a measure of a person, in a time when the most so called "masculine men" according to some women are the ones living life on the down low, and its those who the openly gay guys usually go for.

You have to look a little deeper than that I think.

True, but color may be the catching factor but definitely not a factor for a long term relationship/marriage.

Re: Skin Color Syndrome by ariblaze(m): 11:03pm On Feb 19, 2008
skin colour whether

Consciously or unConsciously comes into play

hotfunmi was correct when she said skin colour is a 'catching factor'

but generally sha, people have a tendency of getting atttracted to persons of alternate colour i.e dark skinned getting into light skinned

Of course not! shocked  How can I tell them that.  Just teasing as usual.  Yeah, you are right as to the people who can't have children part.  Not to be insensitive or anything.  Just joking. Of course you look deeper than color to have a meaningful relationship.
Gosh londoner, why are you making this topic so serious? cheesy I wanted to make the situation look more ridiculous.  I still don't like "yellow" boys oooooooooh!
