When Will The Bombing In The Far-north Stop? by Nobody: 6:49am On Dec 24, 2012
The bombing and killings in northern Nigeria has a lot of similarity with bombing and killings in some part of Pakistan.
1) both are perpetrated by Islamist(muslim terrorists)
2) both have political under-tone. The Talibans are fighting for control of certain parts of Pakistan, while boko haram is fighting for control of some parts of northern Nigeria.
3) both have support of locals, mostly out of religuous solidarity
4) the perpetrators on both sides look forward to a heavenly reward of 72 virgins after death
5) both deploy suicide bombing tactics with ease
6) both operate in areas dominated by certain denomination of muslim(fulani-muslim dominated area in Nigeria).
Therefore, in the face of these obvious similarities, I dare to say that the bombing and killings in the north of Nigeria will stop when that in Pakistan stops.
Sorry for people living in those areas, NO END IN SIGHT
