I think you got it all wrong! PHCN is looking for suppliers of power cables with the following specs

Cable Specifications:
Copper (aluminum) core, PVC insulated and sheathed
Copper (aluminum) core, PVC insulated, steel tape armoring PVC sheathed
Copper (aluminum) core, PVC insulated, steel tape armoring PE sheathed
Copper (aluminum) core, PVC insulated, steel wire armoring PVC sheathed
Copper (aluminum) core, PVC insulated, steel wire armoring PE sheathed

2) Rated voltage: 0.6/1kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/10kV.
3) Number of cores: one, two, three, and four.

Someone need to report that to EFCC. Its nothing but a scam.
No landline, Lagos fax, Abuja address, only GSM no and no website.
PHCN has a wonderful website. certainly the one on Alibaba is not PHCN.

Some time ago I also saw another scam on alibaba, someone standing in for NGC (Nigeria Gas company) on alibaba with alot of grammatical errors and only GSM number.

Nigerians have several problems, but English language is not one of them. These idiots will not stop at anything, they keep causing problems for the majority.
