Of course he had a plan to reach 15000 MW by 2015 and this would have been achieved through transparency and accountability which is critical to project delivery.

We know where he is headed, and he would certainly have achieved 15000 MW or more by 2015. With Jona today we don't even know if we will manage to hit 6000 MW by 2015. We don't even know if the $4,500 MW we have managed to generate today will last till the end of 2013. As they say, very clueless in doing his job but knows how to steal N7 trillion.
