C# Asp.Net Javascript Jquery Javascript PHP Ajax Xml Json.
Good knowledge or experience of ASP.NET MVC PHP MVC (and PHP Frameworks like PHPCAKE,PHPZend )entity framework, Nhibernate and CMS frameworks(like Wordpress,Drupal,Umbraco,Joomla) will be a distinct advantage but not essential.
You are also required to be willing to learn new technology fast.
It is Very important that you have the ability to lead a small team and work flexible hours atimes and have a very positive and can do attitude to work.
Demonstrable problem solving skills are also essential.
