Responsibilities:
1. Account Management
2. Facilities management
3. Inventory management
4. Procurement
5. Supervision of support staffs
6. Supervision of contractors and vendors
7. Screening telephone calls,enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
8. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels
9. Organising, maintaining diaries and making appointments
10. Producing briefing papers, reports and presentations
11. Organizing and attending meetings
12. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
13. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. ND,HND,BSC,BTech...
2. The ideal candidate will have over one years (post NYSC) work experience with a strong sense of purpose and the ability to
use initiative.
3. An eye for detail.
4. Ability to use Microsoft office suite.
5. Ability to generate reports, data sheets,etc.
