Re: Fayose On Stv by Nobody: 4:01pm On Mar 26, 2008
Another hypocrite like Danjuma telling block "headed Nigerians" the stories they (Nigerians) witnessed first hand.

Pot calling kettle black.
Re: Fayose On Stv by lucabrasi(m): 4:54pm On Mar 26, 2008
fink this is about fayose
Re: Fayose On Stv by Nobody: 4:56pm On Mar 26, 2008
lucabrasi:

think this is about fayose

Are you refering to me?
Re: Fayose On Stv by lucabrasi(m): 4:59pm On Mar 26, 2008
you were saying something about danjuma, but the poster s actually talking about fayose's interview, i dont have a clue about it but is it connected to the danjuma thing in some way
Re: Fayose On Stv by Nobody: 5:51pm On Mar 26, 2008
Some days back, Danjuma granted interview to Guardian newspapers. In the interview, he was very quick to criticize OBJ for bad administration since the 70s. When in the actual sense, both of them have been the ones running down the country. He only started noticing OBJ as the devil when OBJ seized one of his oil fields some fews years ago.

This is exactly what Fayose will be doing now on STV.

I am anxiously waiting for the day OBJ will be damned, but it doesnt go down with me when idiots try to make a fool out of millions of Nigerians for the sake of scoring a political point. When we already know what happened.
Re: Fayose On Stv by lucabrasi(m): 5:59pm On Mar 26, 2008
i understand you now and i agree the whole bunch of them are thieves but its a good thing that they r revealing each others secrets which can only be good for nigerians more are still coming hopefully thats why i was soo interested in listening to what fayose is got to say, things are getting interesting,
Re: Fayose On Stv by tunrexdj(m): 3:10am On Mar 27, 2008
FELLOW NAIRALANDERS SHULD DESIST FROM DIGNIFYING NINCOMPOOPS LIKE FAYOSE.ITS A KNOWN FACT THAT THE THIEF LOOTED HIS STATE TREASURY WHEN HE WAS A GOVERNOR.
Re: Fayose On Stv by lucabrasi(m): 3:15am On Mar 27, 2008
its true that he looted his state, but he did a lot of roads as well and other projects, im not a fayose supporter just what i have seen, his problem was being too arrogant and not having respect for elders hence the whole propaganda , i can tell u for sure he stole money but he did a whole lot for ekiti state as well the reports in the papers then about him not doing anything is not true and im thinking now that he has fallen out with obj there ll be secrets the guy can divulge remember he was in the same position bukola saraki was today co ordinating the governors, how are the mighty fallen, smiley
Re: Fayose On Stv by tunrexdj(m): 3:30am On Mar 27, 2008
forget about all the substandard stuff the guy did while in office.the fact of the matter is that "a thief" has no moral grounds to play on the sentiments and emotions of nigerians.agreed obj is corrupt, but,it need not come out from the mouth of an a treasury looter like fayose.
Re: Fayose On Stv by lucabrasi(m): 3:37am On Mar 27, 2008
lets be real here this is nigeria we r talking about, are you saying these house of reps members are not corrupt?after all even bankole is a two timer so is the minority leader and many of them but they are doing a lot of laudable things and nigerians are hailing them, im not saying fayose should be hailed im just saying to listen to what he has to say because if anybody knew obj im sure he can lay laim to be one of these people, look at the revelations about the senate members involved in the whole health/grange scandal

Well said son!!!! wink
Re: Fayose On Stv by tunrexdj(m): 3:51am On Mar 27, 2008
what am trying to say is fayose is a sychophant.when he was in government, the guy had obj as his role model.now that he is out of government, the guy is now an avowed critic of obj.i l really want us to consign the likes of obj and fayose into the waste basket of history.the guy should do us a favour by keeping his mouth shut, coz nigerians aint interested in what the guy has to say.
Re: Fayose On Stv by lucabrasi(m): 4:06am On Mar 27, 2008
we all feel the same way and we are singing from the same hym book, but fayose being a sycophant doesnt mean he wouldnt say the truth about obj, especially something that is hidden from nigerians before, you know what they say, theres no honour amongst thieves why did you think nigerians were jumping up and down to hear the stories gbenga obasanjo was saying about his father?its because of the same thing, we know both gbenga and his father are thieves but we are happy cause of the stories its a sort of balm for what he s made us go through,
Re: Fayose On Stv by bawomolo(m): 4:26am On Mar 27, 2008
here in illinois, ex governor dan ryan had some good deeds but his bad deeds landed him in jail for corruption. we nigerians shouldn't settle for mediocre.
Re: Fayose On Stv by lucabrasi(m): 4:31am On Mar 27, 2008
thats why its called illinois and we r on about nigeria, thats why the united states have a working system and nigeria doesnt, we ll crawl first before walking and im sure there was a time the united states were going through the same thing, was there no corruption durring the time of the bootleggers,in chicago the mafia and thats talking recenti.e less than 200 years ago,
Re: Fayose On Stv by bawomolo(m): 5:50am On Mar 27, 2008
actually there's still an high rate of corruption in chicago city hall. a reason why the FED's perpetually investigate illinois politicians. even the current governor is linked to the tony rezko case. allowing people like fayose to go scott free is same ole same ole and not making small steps.
Re: Fayose On Stv by lucabrasi(m): 6:29am On Mar 27, 2008
i totally agree with everything you v said but like the yoruba proverb says, if there are two trees one on top of the other, you ll move and get rid of the top one first before the bottom one, and so the situation nigeria is at the moment we have to get rid of the bigger issues first meanwhile the corrupt ppl will still get whats coming to them when the time comes,
Re: Fayose On Stv by Nobody: 8:17am On Mar 27, 2008
Yeah, i watched him and that was an oscar inning performance. He was not exposing Obj just exposing his own stupidity and agberonism
Re: Fayose On Stv by gbolah1(m): 9:37am On Mar 27, 2008
Yeah, i watch the program, he was explaining how baba call him not to go for second term because of the report of the elders in there state and baba instruct one of the leaders of the party to give him ticket to senate,(he dont mension the person name and the second week baba call him back that he want him to resign and if he don't resign he will face whatever consequence he met there

He talk about how he escape from the government house a day to his impeach, and he was in the bush for like 15days before escape out of the country eating ordinary bread

Also mention that baba as already instructed all the SS to be watching him that any mistake he should be shut at leg and they will just say because he was refusing to leave the state house.

Till today all is cloth, his old car are all still in ekiti government house, He said he only come out with one shirt and call one taxi, and he was been luck in the boot of the car and buy lot of bread on his way going

And on a more serious note all what he said i consider it true

is just a 30minute programme i would have love if it about 2hours programme that day before the man still has lot to say
Re: Fayose On Stv by gbolah1(m): 9:40am On Mar 27, 2008
The programme was intresting and he demonstrate the way baba normally talk and also esplain why he was follow bab by then. Till today Ekiti people still like fayose only the the man step on tolls
