this just shows bad SAFETY MEASURES. cost of repair is surely HIGHER than cost of installing preventive measures. |

Correction - There was a fire incident due to ACs, the building is still up and did not get burnt. The building is an environment hazard though as this is not the first time where they've had a fire outbreak TFC owns the building but a GSM firm rented a part of it which has another exit. The GSM firm has evacuated ALL it's staff from the building and relocated them, as it is unsafe and it has been even said to tremble at times. I believe the building should be demolished and rebuilt. |

Why waste money on demolition? Does it have any structural defect somze? |
