Let me educate your ignorance, this same thing have being heard so many time from your self hated ghanian, so when is getting independence first a priority to nation. The British colonized America but does that make the British stronger than America economically and Power?

Anywhere I see Ghanaian I see mumunity, they don't want to grow and accept the fact we ain't mate in any field.

You're quite right, to mention Ghana and Nigeria in the same sentence is offensive to Ghana.

Your point about colonialism makes no sense whatsoever... Is your head okay?

ghananotnaija: Pathetic Nigerians. You know you can't beat us fair and square so you resort to cheating.

Unfortunately, you can't cheat in the competition of which country is better for its citizens as a model of good governance to all Africa. In this competition, Ghana beats Nigeria easily.

Ghana may not be as populated as the self-proclaimed giant of Africa, but we are more civilised and have a brighter future. We certainly don't have the reputation as the land of scammers and the land of power outages. After all, it was Ghana who first gained independence from the British, and since then all other African countries chose to follow us.

Ghana is the leader, and Nigeria, like all other African countries, must be a follower. That's just how things are ordered. There is no other way.
The most inane,nonsensical,and incosequential post!

brother ghana, on a neutral ground, time of independence is not a benchmark for messuring development. You claimed Nigeria, power outages bla bla bla. Have you forgoten Ghana import a percentage of their power source from Nigeria, so if Nigeria is synonimous to land of power outages, Ghana is definately the land of no power at all. You qualified the term "giants of Africa" 'self aclaimed' and even claimed in ur profile that Ghana holds the above mentioned title, boy, You are very wrong. Everybody knows they are the "giants of africa" all over the world, even the google search engine is sure of it. I wonder why you are jealous of that unique title. Hilarious! They actually gained the title for spear-heading Africa in the fight against colonialism, neo-colonialism, apartheid etc. They (Nigeria) pocess one of the best brains in Africa and the world, they are known for their brilliancy. No-wonder, they are feared as the most brilliant scammers, cyber criminals, terrorists (thats because they are using that uncommon gift wrongly but I dont think many knows Ghana's brilliancy at all perhaps they dont use theirs, no insult sir). I respect Ghana too for quite some reasons..BUT I DONT FEEL TOO HAPPY WHEN NATION GO AGAINST NATIONS. GHANIANS AND NIGERIANS, STOP THE FIGHT. You are brothers

Hi, I'm glad that you want harmony between the nations. So do I. Nations, especially fellow African nations should cooperate. But seriously, though, to say that Nigeria is better than Ghana is really deceiving yourself. I'm from Cape Coast and lived in Accra before living now in Lagos for work. And I can't for the life of me see how Nigeria is better than Ghana in terms of a place to live, a place to raise children, etc. If Nigerians are so arrogant and don't want to learn from other more successful countries, it's Nigeria's loss.

Why can't we be humble for once? I mean, its great we won but is this thread necessary? This arrogance that many Nigerians display is the reason why we are generally disliked anywhere we go. Humility is a virtue folks. This will end up being yet another Nigerian vs. Ghana bashing thread. Is that what we need on this forum?

I have been pleading with Seun and his moderators for a pet section so that we animal/pet enthusiasts can convene there from time to time to discuss what we are passionate about. But no, it is taking forever to create a common pet/animal section on Nairaland. However, tribalism and discriminatory threads such as this that will incite anger and abuse will grace the front page of Nairaland. Not nice!

Nigerians, let's learn to be humble because when you are humble the good Lord will exalt you but if you are too proud and arrogant for your own good, you shall be humbled (Matthew 23:12). Thank you.
i understand/agree with u perfectly but beleive me ghanaians are d culprits, why can't they be humble enough to accept defeat in a gentlemanly game of football without making insinuations that we won only because we cheated, trully they don't want to hear anything good about naija such a jealous set of people.

By the way have you bleached your skin? Cause I don't like talking to people that looks as black as charcol.

Amaaskia:

go and bleach please your darkness is covering some parts of this topic #:-(

What's with Nigerians and their obsession with lightening your skin colour? Do you guys think you're whites or Asians, not blacks? grin Just admit that you are ashamed to be blacks and that you worship light skin. Serious inferiority complex here.
