No, the military dude is CLEARLY a Navy SF operator with the Ngerian Navy Special Boat Service. They equally use the C-TAR-21 assault rifle, and also use the green and Chinese Marine Corps digicam clearly worn by the man in that gif and video. SSS operators only wear black outfits with tactical vests and new Isreali combat helmets, and are armed with Fabric Nationale FS-2000 assault rifles or FN P-90 SMGs.
