Really have been working out to stay in shape. I do some extra time at a new gym around Lekki for some months now, all flabs gone..........hard work though.
I am trying to kick start a new look to challenge my Iya Oyo to work out more on herself too, and getting a week off work to relax and refresh the romance is a great way to start.
Am hoping along the line, some extra attention from other ladies will get her motivated enough to work out too.

Winney, my sentiments exactly for this thread. Sometimes shaving off all totally gives some discomfort when they start growing back. ...especially the facials and the tummy, both for me and the wifey. For the tummy, it starts to feel like you have some insects in ur clothes every 10 minutes and Iya Oyo will atimes complain its prickly and sharp as needles atimes.
