I actually sent them a mail and got feedback with wonderful affordable price. I replied asking for contact address and website and haven't received a response so I decided to call the number in the post. I asked the receiver the name of his company but he didn't seem to understand so I asked if he posted an advert on Nairaland and he was incoherent. Network was a bit twitchy so I ended the call and called back 5mins later. The receiver (a male) told me and I quote "its wrong for you to call and be asking for company name. You mentioned my address and Nairaland. Its not right. We receive many calls and i thought you were one of those many customers that call to say nonsense". i was getting irritated. I am a customer, i don't care if you receive 100000 calls and to tell me you receive calls from customers telling you 'nonsense'. you cant remember sending me a mail feedback, you cant give me your company name or the name of the email and when i requested for your website you cut the call on me and didn't call back. C'mon i am not out to paint anyone bad but a serious business wouldn't be thrown off when a customer calls and first requests for your company name. below is the mail i got from them, fantastic prices (is that to lure people?). If you guys are legit then kindly work on your customer service and clear your name, May still work with you (doubtful). If you aren't, prospective NL should steer clear. BTW, I'm still pissed at burning Airtime and wasting precious time.
