Even tho many won't see the truth in wot u r saying..bt i cn see d possibility..its possible they may use it.. Cos i cnt see hw u will write an exam in school without submitting ur paper and u expect to pass..unless of course the invigilator decides to pick d answer scripts from everyone's table...
But then there's also a possibility that they may not use it..cos even if u click submit or ur time elapsed, u will still be shown a thank you message, that you have finished the test..

let's interprete the sentence whichever way we want, but from what i read from the message on my screen, successful candidates would be contacted. If i am successful, i would be contacted whether i submitted or not. I dont know about anyone else. That's all. Happy sunday.

We all know ms_steph as a good and loyal Nairalander who has been posting hundreds of Jobs here for Us, she will not even be happy if others did not submit. Apart from that she said Workforc staff said it and not her view. We should be wise, logical, transparent and reason like a family, NO NEED TO INSULT HER. Happy sunday fellows.

Thou shall not scare others but thou shall also tell the truth. same tin i was told where i wrote mine and i regretted posting such truth here cos it rained some insults on me. The truth they say is bitter so am not surprised. some people here will take this little piece of advice for granted and attend a similar CBT tomoro only to go n make d same mistake. First Bank is not the best job that we have to block our ears to the truth. CBT are conducted in different ways. Those who wrote the CBT for CHAMS city some time ago will agree with me that theirs was totally different from the work force's system. To those who do not know pls take note of this: If u r writing a CBT where u have only one question appearing on the screen which goes off automatically n bring out the next question after some programmed time (usually one minute per question), then u don't have to submit at the end. In fact u won't even see the submit button anywhere on ur screen. Such questions have been programmed to last a particular period and at the end of the programmed time, the computer will display ''Test completed, u may leave the exam hall now''(whether u r tru or not). That is totally different from the workforce's system where u have to submit. Bear this in mind pls, if u don't need to submit ur test at the end, then u wouldn't have seen submit on ur screen with time running at the top right hand side of ur computer. Can u imagine filling an online application form and expect it to submit itself? Common bros n sis lets be wise. If u r new in the system, then take this as an opportunity to know what u aught to know rather than insulting others for telling the truth. We all are job seekers and should pray for one another to succeed. I sincerely appreciated from the bottom of my heart, those who took their time to give the hints of what we should expect, after they have written theirs. I am sure some of them knew they didn't do too well in the test, but still took time to explain the expected questions to others. They are human beings like us and am sure they wanted us to make it, thats why they did that. Let us all cultivate same habit and let God keep blessing us. Remember, the work force themselves cannot attempt those questions. They are only recruiters and have the answers to those questions, which are usually gotten online by special consultations. We dont have to kill ourselves over anything. Fist Bank or no first bank, life goes on but I pray we all succeed. Happy sunday friends.

let it rest people, why the fuss about submitting? submitting doesnt translate into selection,afterall the shortlisting for the test didnt follow any clear criteria in the first place. At UI it was stated categorically that u dont have to click submit as it would be done at the end of the time, im asking myself if my performance can push me to the next stage, i suggest you do the same. Its even good, if u dont get picked, u can blame it on the submit button, thats better than qualified people who werent picked for the test.

I wrote but did not submit cos I was in no. 49 when the time elapsed. But even if I had submitted, what hope do I have when the last time I did anything maths was when I wrote my SSCE. My course in the university did not involve maths. Rather than cry, I'll just put my hope in God cos He has and will always do it for us. Wishing all that sat for the test, the very best and success.

Its not an interview,, its an app test.

In Unilag where i did my test, we were told not to click the submit button unless we were through with the test.CBTs are desisgned to submit on their own when the time elapses(except if workforce is an exception), this is neither the 1st nor the 2nd CBT i have done and i got results without having to submit.It is NOT logical for u to compare a paper based test to a CBT.

Please tell them, I don't see hw CBT can be compared to paper test, they are too different . Irrespective of if u click submit or not. Once or time is off ur paper is automatically submitted.

How about you keep your ''petty'' to yourself. If you are in the least familiar with CBT,you'd know the test will be submitted whether or not you click the submit button.

i took my time to read through a few number of posts on this thread, and i wish to respond to the trending argument. though workforce officials at UI centre told us not to bother about submission if time isn't enough, claiming it has been programmed to automatically submit as the time elapsed. I believe we have to show ourselves as shrewd graduates, by ensuring that we click the 'submission botton' to be on the safe(r) side, because...

Infact, u will be the first (After me) that God will see tru in the hands of some controversial peeps in this forum. U'v said the truth n thats it. Same thing i have tried to figure out here but some people will never learn. I pray they dont make same mistakes in their next invite for those who will not scale tru the first stage...

...because they (workforce rep) maybe trying to know how inteligent we are. i took practice test with testcentre nig as a matter of routine, and whenever i didn't submit before time-up, the result is zero. On the other hand, workforce may be sincere about their claim, but please when next you sit for any CBT ensure that you click on the submission botton (if there is any) before the time elapsed to have peace of mind. We just have to accept the fact that those that consult differs..The test which was conducted by dragnet that I wrote, you must click on the submit button cos its divided into three segment Logical reasoning, verbal and numerical reasoning...There is time schedule for each segment which you must submitt and it will tell you succesful, read instruction for the second segment then start till the last segment..unlike workforce, all the questions are together so it may submit automatically and it may be otherwise..Good luck guys

stop talking trash. You dont have to click submit with dragnet. Dragnet submits automatically.

can we all please forget about this submission ish and focus on other relevant aspects of the recruitment process?...
Does anyone know how long their process takes and what the individual stages remaining would look like?
