Okay so i want to create an educational app. Actually i started learning programming to create the app. So now that i'm nearer to getting the app i'm kindda in doubt about how to make money with it. Shouldn't there be a website where you can upload you app on and people can download for free then i get paid due to advertising revenue made by the website.

Programming and App development is better when it's based on Pure passion, the desire to innovate, to create things if you follow your passion you will have a laid down plans to market the App for huge downloads.

You need to have a vision, you need to imagine a position, picture it and work hard towards it. Aint nothing wrong by building an App that Facebook and Google will wanna buy and if you believe in your product and know where you are going, turn them down and get investors to invest where you will be the highest share holder.

The possibilities are Endless! You can make even more than Dangote in the future if you have a plan for that. You are limited only to your own imaginations.

check out the nokia websites for opportunities to display your app. before doing such, i would 1st advice that you should rate yyour app 1st. is it an app peculair to nigeria or generally to the world? wat sort of app is it per se( is it used for mathematics or english or to learn a language etc). think up more questions, so that you will know your target market and therefore channel ur app to appropriate companies.it will also help ur in presenting your app better as the company you want to sell your work to will know that you know what you are doing.

Note: money is not everything even if everything needs money you've gat to use ur brain we all have it.

Omg people actually replied me? I'm so happy. Okay thanks guys for at least replying the app is a sort that aids students to prepare for exams. It's targeted at students(obviously) and all those "opon-imo"s that osun state just commissioned. Believe me i have a very nice idea but i'm just being careful not to reveal its details. I started with python because after some research i found that it's one of the easier languages to learn.
