Many has told different stories about the Rivers state house of Assembly fracas, which has left Nigerians wondering on which of those stories should be believed. Recently a source who didn't want her name to be mentioned said she was @ the gallery when it all started, 'I was at the gallery when it all started, I always come for their sitting since I am also a parliamentarian in my sch,the house started normally,with the usually procession of the speaker, clark of the house, law makers welcomed each other, as if I knew within me I was wondering despite the division among themselves they still shake hands laugh, I really commended them,then the speaker and the other law makers were set for the business of the day,it was at that point Hon. Kelechi stood up asking the speaker to step aside that they want to address an issues concerning him the section became roudy, at that time he stepped aside and Hon. Victor Ihunwo who use to be loyal to Amaechi stepped out to preside over that section,and then he addressed his colleagues saying their speaker can not protect their interest,and then Hon. Martins Amaehule stood up and raised the motion for the impeachment, I was even surprise that chidi lloyd did not say anything I believe he thought it won't be possible since they were more in number,to his gratest surprise, it was only him,Hon. Victoria,deputy speaker,and about 6 other pro Amaechi law makers voted against the motion, immediately he rushed out and drove out with the speaker, the new speaker was announced, Hon. Bipi was about making his acceptance speech before he stopped,the next person I saw was our Governor(Amaechi) he immediate pushed hon Martins Amaehule and then ordered his arrest,Hon chidi lloyd then took the mace, chased Hon. Victor Ihunwo,and also the clerk of the house the next person close to him was Hon M.O chinda he then used the mace on him,chinda was shocked could not do anything, started running lloyd still chased him that was he (lloyd) hit chinda's jaw, and waist while Hon. Bipi rushed to confront our Governor(Amaechi) the both of them started exchanging word another law maker who wanted to help the governor was hit by Bipi, Amaechi then left Hon Bipi to face Hon Amaehule who was at that time facing beating from the CSO and ordley to Amaechi, when Bipi noticed it was going out of hand, he then called his cult brothers(Nurse men) to come to his aide at that time I was already bleeding because of the rush out of the chamber' the question now is why is Bipi not arrested,what about the CSO and ordley, what about the clerk of the house, they all have a case to answer,why only chidi lloyd.

It was also gathered that, the reason why the law makers loyal to gov Amaechi didn't go court to challenge the impeachment was because the attorney general of the state advised them not to do so, because of names and signatures of those who were at sitting that very day, that its a very big evidence, if the court should see that the case might be against them, he added that if the case turns against them it means Bipi will be recognized as the new speaker that means trouble for them all. He then advised them to still hold on to their claims...

I watched the Rivers state PDP chairman on Silver Bird TV say the same thing too last night.

This is the worst falsehood i ever read regarding the crisis in Rivers State House Assembly. And whoever is behind this lies is a disgrace.

What about the chase of Pro Ameachi lawmakers by Anti-Ameachi lawmakers?

What about the video clip showing only 5 Anti-Ameachi lawmakers trying to impeach the speaker?

What about the fake mace smuggled into the chamber?

What about the video clip showing your so called Evans Bipi boasting of how he gave Chidi Lioyd a deadly blow?

Am sure you were dead when all these happened!

If the pro-ameachi lawmakers weren't chased by anti-ameachi lawmakers, how did Evans Bipi gave Chidi Lioyd the deadly blow he boasted of?

Don't forget that he that fights and run will surely live to fight again. So you see, though Chidi Lioyd ran away after Evans Bipi gave him the knock but when he returned to continue what Evans and co started, it was more deadly than the knock Evans gave him.

Why would they go to court? Is Bipi the speaker? The impeachment procedure did not follow the due process and is thus null and void, going to court is accepting it. If Bipi and co think they went through the procedure properly, let them go to court. As long as we are concerned in Rivers state we have one RSHA speaker and that is Otelemaba Amachree. Let Bipi go and prove that they properly impeached the speaker.

Let Bipi and co go and prove to the court that they properly impeached the speaker. YOUR HEAD IS CORRECT. GOING TO COURT BY THE PRO AMAICHI GROUP WILL BE ADMITTING THAT A LEGAL IMPEACHMENT TOOK PLACE. Was there ever any impeachment? :s it was just a meeting of 5 house members where they chose their "caucus" leader i.e Bipi. That's not called impeachment so no need to go to court

A lot of people in Nigeria don't have access to youtube to see what really transpired.

Judging by the video posted by ABAGWORO,there was never an impeachment. the house was empty,only few members were there. i even heard when one of them said "oya fast fast them don dey come"
