If I'm trying to save water, how many times should I poop before flushing the toilet

or,

Or can I hold my poop for one week or two to save water? Is this safe for me

Holding back your poop won't help. You should just flush as often as you can.

Yeah, I always try to flush immediately if it's brown or black 'cos if I can't stand my own poop, then no one can (believe me!). I use to allow it mellow if it's yellow. But now even the yellow smells so foul,

there r disadvantages of holding ur poop (that's if its still below threshold). Constipation is one among others cos absorption of water takes place where poop is stored.
It also depend on the type of d poop esp the one that can make u do it anywhere grin
