The world is changing, or has already evolved into
a computerized age were all our daily routines are
being aided by the computers existing in our
midst today. This wonderful devices has taken the
greater part of our lives as everybody is now
struggling to be computer literate. In short, if you
are not among, you cant belong. Office work is
now less a burden to us with the help of
computers, industrial and other branches of work
are now easier and interesting with the help of
computers. But amidst all this ecstasy the device
can generate, there are still some downfalls
attached to it.
You have probably felt the symptoms of
computer vision syndrome (CVS) after a long day
of working at your computer; a stiff and sore
neck, strained eyes that are dry and ache a bit,
and possibly a headache...........
