The State of Osun Police Command has arraigned two suspected homosexual teenage boys, Samuel Friday(19) and Oni Oluwatobi (18) before an Osogbo Chief Magistrate Court on alleged charge of indecent sexual practice and indecently seducing another into homosexuality.
A charge sheet made available to Bioreports on Thursday October 3, 2013, stated that the accused persons conspired and unlawfully committed indecent sexual practice and homosexual sex between themselves which could cause breach of peace.
According to the charge, the accused persons committed the offence sometime in May 2012, at about 2am, at Peace of Jesus Apostolic Church, Asubiaro Area, Osogbo.
The charge further stated that, in the same vein in May 2012, at about 4pm , at Sadiat Area, Ilesha Road, Osogbo, Samuel Friday indecently seduced one Oladipupo Moruf by indecently touching him on his private part and sucking his penis.

Bireports gathered that, it was because Moruf did not consent to the homosexual behaviour that led to the report of the incident, which resulted in the arrest of the accused persons after being on the run for some time.
The offence committed by the accused persons according to the charge contravened sections 516, 249(D) and 217 of the Criminal Code Cap 34 Vol.11 Laws of Osun 2003.
The accused persons, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges when read to them and their counsel, Barrister Nnena Ngwu applied for their bail in the most liberal term.
Police prosecutor, Inspector Solomon Oladele did not oppose the bail application.
Ruling on the matter, Chief Magistrate Olusola Aluko, granted the accused persons bail in the sum of N100,000 each with two sureties each in like sum.
Aluko added that the sureties must reside within the court’s jurisdiction, swear to affidavit of means and provide three years tax clearance certificate and two clear passport photographs to the court.
