Please i seriously need help.This may sound funny but it is true..Am 20yrs of age.Al thru malyf i av neva found myself urinating on bed,even when i was a little kid i neva did dat(dats wat ma mama told me)not until now..this has happened to me twice in a week..which i jus find out dat dere must b sumtin wrng wit me but cant figure it out..,each tym i think of d incident i jus hate myself coz this is not normal,sumtin dat has neva happen to me bfor,and this issue normally happen when am dreaming,i jus found masef urinating in dream and in d realworld is what am doing.My fellow nairaland i rilly need your contribution on this issue.Thanks.

You are losing control of Ur bladder, could be due to adrenal fatigue or mineral imbalance. Get a "licorice root" supplement to help build the adrenals, horsetail supplement wich has astringent properties and magnesium cos it's deficiency in particular may be a root cause of mineral imbalance.

Exactly my mind, Follow this advice.

Your case is as simple as ABC.
Its all down to STRESS. Check what you don't do before that you now do during the day. Maybe you play too much, get carried away easily, excessive laughter(seriously) this are things that can really make you weak when you close your eyes thereby making you lose total control of your body. On a more serious note, try restricting yourself from all this, put them under control and you'll always wake up wenever you're pressed. I PROMISE YOU THAT.
