its been days i started experiencing this issue, the first day i was on call and next thing i heard, 'one minute remaining' i was confused initially cos i thought a family member may have used my phone but when mtn terminated my call and i went on to check my account balance i saw 1100N remaining and thereafter i couldn't make calls again without being reminded that i was out of airtime. last night i was on call again and same thing, checked my balance 886N out of annoyance i placed a call to customer care and after spending 19mins with the agent i was told to go switch off my phone for 3mins and my problems will be solved after the encounter i received an sms from 746 telling me that my claim has been resolved. till this moment i cant successfully place a call without switching off my phone first and then put it right back on if not i will be told i have insufficient air time. this network is really annoying the life out of me cos i cant keep switching my phone off and on. i just don't think i have the patience to call back 180 anymore on this same matter

shey your own na call? My own na data charges o shocked! I ran out data while still within the data plan use validity period. So according to the notification that I got, I can continue to browse at bundle rate. Between Thursday 10 Oct and Sunday 13 Oct, Mtn zapped up my credit to the tune of over N5000! I called customer service and they said it must be my phone . Wetin I download? Nothing. I just read goal.com app, visit nairaland and update a few apps, chikena! is that enough to eat up 5k credit? Is that bundle rate? is data that expensive

I have since switched off data services on my phone until further notice! angry

I just wish they'ld allow me finish this airtime and i promise them i won't be crossing their path anytime soon. Airtel is always a better alternative.

if so their "technical problems" has really helped me,cuz I`m browsing and downloading free of charge since morning, but only on 2G,though its a bit slow, that is 70-100kb/s,but its something, after all I have nothing to lose.

Mtn is a use-lesssss netwrk right frm genesis, infact i regret using mtn, everything abt them is just cheating and extortion.
Immediately money comes into my hand i will go for an etisalat sim and better android phone.
