I can confirm this as well.. My advice to the guy that needs his document sent is to use a recognized courier service , I think FedEx is quite cheap.
I sent my documents through EMS speed post . The school didn't get them till after 14 working days I kept tracking and it was all crappy! If u know say the stuffs important u might wanna use a private courier!!

So your BEST bet here is to use EMSspeedpost, they are the cheapest for sending out packages to the US and your package will get to it's destination with 4 working days and you will get the opportunity of tracking your package online till it gets to it's Final destination.

I hope you addressed it correctly... because i wonder y your Package hasn't gotten to it's destination for 2 weeks since u used EMS speedpost.

You're contradicting yourself big time. You didn't include that you're married on your DS160 and you're planning on telling the VO that you're married and even showing her pictures. The VOs expect consistency and expect that what you say tallies with what's on the DS160 form. Not including that you're married on the DS160 form and turning around to claim that you're married WILL lead the VO to suspect you for inconsistency, of which the end product in most cases is denial.

If you want to use your marriage as part of your home ties, its better that you include it on your DS160. If you don't want to include it, better don't mention it at all.
