I am John this is part of my appraisal of my failure this year and I am still believing God Almighty for his divine favour this year. I was doing well with UBA as a trainee late last year when I scored 82% in my Banking operation test which qualified me to be part of the marketing trainee. which on the job marketing job aspect I was successful but in the marketing test which was were my woes, my failure started from this year. I made a 54% which on cumulative is above 60%. As stated on my training contract offer. Because of my inability to meet 60% in marketing test I was withdrawn from the banking school. Having pleaded for a show of empathy but it was declined by mgt. It has being hell since then thou after a why I have to put myself together dust my CV. To search for other opportunities. I got with Sammply Ltd. A publicity firm which I declined in February. I later applied and was called upon for test @ UBA on the 28th of march which I was successful, did their interview on the 1st June an was successful but up till now I have never being called for medicals because I am 28year by july 8. So automatically I cannot continue the recruitment process. I wrote to the DMD and sent the mail through UPS to apply for age waiver but to no avail. To remain relevant I have attended serials of career development training the most pronounced one the Employability and enterprising training Organised by After School graduated Development Centre in collaboration with the Lagos State Governor. I have Study online to belong a Certified Negotiation Specialist TNSB. I have passion for Sales in the Banking or FMCG industry. My advice to all please any opportunity before you don't miss use it. Remain stead fast in prayers and always rely on God for success.
I am not a good story teller but what I have put down is real. God see us all through.
