They come abroad, they see the quality of staff and education resource available in universities, they go home to nurture a mockery of university education.

They come abroad, they see beautiful structures as universities, they go home to Nigeria and set up squalid "batchers" for university structures.

They come abroad, they see underground drainage under city roads, they go home to build dirty, ever smelling open gutters infested with anopheles mosquito in their cities - gutters which help to kill those they lead.

They come abroad, they see well paved highways and urban roads, they go home they build roads that hardly last the next rainy season.

They come abroad, they see how local, state and federal police function in complement with one another, they go home, the only police force they allowed in their system - federal police - they use them as their body guards, and and let criminals torment their people -
